What we collect

When you submit our quote enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and, where you choose to share them, your phone number, company name, the type of service you're enquiring about, and the content of your message. We don't ask for or store payment details through this website.

We don't currently run analytics or advertising tracking (such as Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel) on this site. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated to reflect it before any such tool goes live.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit through the quote enquiry form solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and, if you go ahead, deliver the print, signage or branding work you've asked for. We don't sell, rent, or use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where it's stored

Enquiry submissions are stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, which acts as an operator on our behalf. Access is restricted, and the information is used only for the purpose you submitted it for.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry, fulfil any resulting order, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, subject to any record-keeping we're legally required to retain.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and object to how it's processed. To exercise any of these rights, email us at marcelle@printworks.co.za. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you may lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator.

Cookies

This site may use strictly necessary cookies or similar local storage required for the site to function correctly. We don't currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We may update this policy from time to time as our website or processes change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
